Preschool
Your Personal Best aims to support and guide childcare, preschool and kindergarten workers to identify children’s needs, further develop knowledge of neurodiverse behaviours, and learn to understand different ways to intervene, support and generate positive outcomes. Knowledge about autism spectrum disorder and other co-occurring conditions allows the educator to adapt programs, take informative notes and present information accurately and confidently to parents. Through professional learning, workshops and observations, Your Personal Best can tailor professional learning programs to suit each centre’s unique needs.
